Tips to improve pick-up rate

STEP 1

Register all the phone numbers that you use with each of the main phone carriers.

There is an email template in CASSI that you can send them that give them instructions. 

The email template is called Phone Number Registration

This process can take two to three days after the requestis submitted. 

STEP 2 

Call leads immediately when they come in, booked or not.

It's harder for people to no show, somebody that they feel a relationship with. 

STEP 3

Adjust booking window from 5 days → 4 days.

STEP 4 

Test number with ATT, T-Mobile, Verizon to check if flagged as spam. If so, replace with a new number.

STEP 5 

Increase follow-up calls. 

Top performers make 8–9 calls/day in first 2 days from different numbers.
